Your doctor agrees the organ systems and concerns covered, considering case history, pathological findings and review needs. Case analysis, repertorisation and constitutional prescribing are used where appropriate at every level. Organ count alone does not determine the fee; referral may be required.

As you improve, your doctor may recommend less frequent follow-up or completing care. Before prepaying, read the unused-fee and family-adjustment policy.

Focused Membership · the physician confirms that membership follow-up is suitable.
One scheduled consultation per paid period: one for 2 weeks, or one for a calendar month. Each renewal includes one scheduled consultation. Two consecutive 2-week periods cost ₹6,000 for 28 days and include two consultations. A calendar month costs ₹5,000 and includes one consultation.
Membership includes case review, constitutional follow-up where appropriate, routine prescribed medicines and brief clarification of existing instructions during clinic hours. New acute concerns are separately assessed and charged. Renewal is optional; care can finish when follow-up is no longer needed. Membership is not insurance or unlimited care.

Before choosing a longer care period
Your doctor reviews whether to continue active care, move to membership or complete care. A longer payment period does not mean you need treatment for its entire duration.
Unused fees & family adjustment: Care-plan fees are non-refundable, subject to applicable law. On request and with doctor approval, unused fees may be adjusted toward a family member’s separately assessed care. The eligible amount and care plan must be confirmed in writing; adjustment is not automatic.
Need help with affordability? Senior citizens and people facing financial hardship can request an individual concession review. Your care needs still determine the suitable plan.

Your doctor uses the following services according to your case and agreed plan. An acute visit focuses on the current episode; chronic care may need a fuller case history, and membership focuses on suitable ongoing review.

Your current concerns, past health, family history, daily habits and previous treatment, as relevant to the case.
Case analysis
Review of the symptom pattern, its effect on daily life and the relevant clinical findings or reports.
Repertorisation & remedy comparison
When appropriate, symptoms are organised using a homeopathic reference index and compared with remedy descriptions to inform prescribing.
Constitutional care
An individualised homeopathic approach that considers the broader personal symptom pattern, where appropriate to your case.
Follow-up & reassessment
Review progress, assess new concerns and decide whether to continue, change the plan, refer or complete care.

Routine medicines prescribed and dispensed by Homeo Healthcare for the agreed care period are included.
